Restaurant workers:
- Recruiting restaurants are located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and other locations - works both at the cashier and in the kitchen, everyone gets a training in the beginning - doesn't have to have earlier work experience in the field - must be able to speak English (can serve customers and communicate with the team in English) - if potential, will be offered a permanent contract, contracts vary between 30-112,5h/3 weeks - includes morning, day, evening and sometimes night shifts depending on the restaurant - salary: if the person doesn't have any earlier work experience in restaurants/customer service, the starting salary is 8,61e/h (this salary is on for at most 6 months, then they will get a raise to 10,77e/h - for very good workers, they can give the raise also earlier with the permission of the restaurant manager). If they have similar work experience for example 0-2 years, and can prove that with a work certificate, the starting salary is 10,77e/h. On top on these, there is an evening bonus between 18-00 o'clock of 1,32e/h and a night bo- nus between 00-06 o'clock of 2,25e/h. Sundays are always double the pay.
