JOB DESCRIPTION: ◦ Manufacture of electrical switchboards for the distribution of electricity in real estate ◦ The work is done at the factory’s premises during day-time from 8 am to 4 pm WHAT WE OFFER:
- We offer you a long term contract
- Finnish employment contract
- Salary: The salary is increasing in two stages and is based on the Technology Industry TES:
- For start, the salary is 10.46 €/h. As skills and efficiency develop, pay rises by an average of 5% after first 6 months.
- After 3 months the average salary is 12 €/h; after half of the year (training period) the average salary is 14 €/h
- Bonuses after persons learn to work independently on the switchboards
- Together with bonuses, the final salary after training can be up to 17−20 €/h
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
- Accommodation provided by the employer, paid by the employee, the cost: 300 €/month (own room in a shared apartment)
- Working in a multicultural work environment
- Start date: December 2022
- Holiday compensation (around 9% extra in first year)
- Occupational health care after first month
- Work insurance
- Relocation service (accommodation arrange, tax office visits, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years working experience of connecting electrical wires/cables
- Completed studies in electrical sector
- Communicative level of English
- Ability to read and understand electrical main diagrams and control schematics
- Knowledge of the basic components for electrical distribution, for example miniature circuit breakers, residual current devices, contactors, thermal overload relays, rotary switches and fuses
- Willingness to learn
