Our customer Pihla Oy in Ruovesi /Tampere area/ searches for production workers
Work type:
- standing /moving work on the assembly line (they produce doors, windows)
- 2 shift system : Mon-Fri (1,72€/h – evening fee)
- weekly working time: 40h
- basic salary: 10€/h + bonus based on the production results/ week – person comes into bonus system after 1 month of work, up to 2000€/month
- agreement: 12 months with possibility to have longer work
- language: Eng is mandatory (only English speaking superiors)
- CBA: carpenter industry collective agreement
- Previous similar experience is required
Work duties include various tasks related to the windows and doors manufacturing process, such as paint shop work, glazing, interior and exterior frame production, assembly and packaging. Previous experience or training for this job is not required, as you will be thoroughly familiarised with the work process and duties when starting the job. Of course, previous experience in similar positions will be an advantage. However, we hope you have a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn new things.
Accommodation: arranged by Barona – walking distance to factory (1,5km), 300-330€/m single room in shared apartment, candidates from Ukraine can also check refugees centers accommodation possibility.
