Gig work in the construction industry

Isoharja Oy does logistics and cleaning work at the buildings. In practice, two types of work.
Site cleaner
A lot of final cleaning, which means vacuuming, wiping, washing windows, etc. of all premises. New residents/users of the premises get access to new clean premises. This may include other cleaning tasks such as office cleaning, etc. that customers may ask about. Main focus on construction sites.
The work is mobile, so "physical" in itself, but you don't have to lift/move any heavy things. Promptness, activity, and accuracy are valued.
The salary is currently between 12-15 €/h, but it will be changed during this summer to a base salary of 11.70 € and the rest will depend on performance, so everyone should have a fair chance for 14-15 € hourly wages.
Work permits must be in order, if there are work safety cards or others, they are an advantage but can be arranged. The construction sites are mainly located in the SME region and the sites often change, so for the sake of flexibility, your own car is of course an advantage, not a must. Must be able to work in English.
Site logistics employee
Includes unloading loads at the construction site, taking goods to the right places, and clearing and moving goods. Very comparable to, for example, the work and requirements of a relocation worker. This job is very physical.
Wages are currently the same at 12-15€/h, but we will also develop a reward system this summer. Otherwise, the same requirements and main features as in the previous job.
At first, contracts will be 0-40h due to the project nature of the work, but of course, we try to ensure 100% employment as far as possible in project sales.
That's why we're not currently hiring a new team right away, because we're in a situation where we can't offer full hours to everyone. But we have already sold a few big projects for the fall, so the situation will probably be better then. And now we only need a few new construction sites, so we have the current ones fully employed.
I know that these jobs are not the most glamorous and desirable for everyone, but at least we can offer a fair and honest workplace and humane treatment.
