Bikes4Refugees provides bicycles for those who need them. On this page, refugees can request a free used bicycle for themselves or a family member.
Telia
Ukrainians can get free SIM cards with a €7 balance in any Telia store by showing their Ukrainian passport.
Elisa
You can get a free Elisa SIM card at the Ukrainian Help Center at Teollisuuskatu 9F: Monday - Saturday from 12.00 to 17.30.
Apuna ry
The charity Apuna ry operates in the Helsinki region and helps with food and clothing for those in need. Assistance from Apuna ry includes, among others: women's and children's clothing, footwear, hygiene products, cosmetics, toys, household goods, accessories and equipment for hobbies, food, other goods and products needed for everyday life.
Second hand
The largest second-hand shop, where you can find sofas, TVs, appliances, bicycles, washing machines, clothes, cutlery, etc. Prices are very affordable, and the goods are usually in good condition.
Help Center in Helsinki distributes free 20€ gift cards for purchases made in Kierrätyskeskus.
Second-hand from the Red Cross in various cities in Finland. There is also an online store in Finnish.
Finnish second-hand shops with a wide range of clothing, including famous brands. There is also a range of kitchen cutlery and home furnishings.
Fida in Tampere offers free clothes to Ukrainians. You just need to show your passport.

Tori.fi, huuto.net — Finnish OLX, free advertising sites with sections on vacancies, housing, sales of goods, etc.
Facebook marketplace — a section on Facebook where users can place ads for the sale of goods.
Facebook “roskalava” groups — "roskalava" translates as "junk". Search the Facebook group "roskalava + the name of your city". You will find many local groups with ads where people give away things they don't need for free.
Commu App — free mobile application where you can ask for help from people nearby.
Nettiauto — the largest site for buying cars and auto parts.
Mobile operators
Moi is the cheapest mobile operator. You can get a package with 6 GB and a speed of 100 Mbps for 9 euros/month or an unlimited package with a speed of 200 Mbps for 18 euros/month.
Elisa has the best coverage and you can get an unlimited package at 200 Mbps for 20 euros/month (the offer is not displayed on their website, but you can call and ask about it).
In general, subscribing to a monthly package is cheaper than prepaid.

Lost something important? Visit their office (inquiries are free), make an online inquiry (4,95€), or call +358 600 41006. However, please note that calling is quite expensive: >1,93 EUR/min+pvm.
Also, they have monthly auctions of lost goods, which no one has recovered. Auctions are held at the public hall in Käpylä, the address Vipusentie 19, 00610 Helsinki. It can be a cheap way to buy something.
